Dana and Brigette Metcalf
Lead Pastors
Dana & Brigette Metcalf are from Arizona, USA, and have been involved in the Pastoral Ministry for over 28 years. Their love for missions is evident as they have disciplined leaders, planted churches, and now serve as Senior Pastors of International Christian Assembly in Bangkok, Thailand. They are both Ordained with the Assemblies of God. Pastor Dana has a Masters degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University, and Pastor Brigette is a graduate of Evangel University. They have two sons, Jamin and Jenson, who are both serving in leadership roles within their local church.
Art Suvichapanich Thai Ministry & Outreach Pastor
Art, an anointed Thai pastor & translator for ICA, effectively communicates the Gospel in her native language. She leads ICA outreaches and has a Humanities and English degree from Bangkok University. With experience in ministry and facilitating teams from the US, she is a valuable asset to ICA.
Betty Chiganga Youth Pastor
Betty is a world class youth pastor and truly cares for the ICA Teens. She is also a teacher here in Bangkok and recently received her ordination from Bible College!

Brandon & Rachel Powell Executive Pastor & Banner Worship Pastor
Brandon and Rachel are from Wisconsin, USA, and have been married for over 10 years now. They serve as missionaries in Thailand and serve as Missions pastor and Worship pastor, respectively. Their heart is to empower the local church in Thailand to reach their communities for Jesus.
Cheyenne Burkett
Media + Sealed Kids Club
Cheyenne is from Tennessee, USA and serves as ICA’s Media Lead managing slides, social media, and more! She also runs our new ministry in the Red Light District: Sealed Kids Club. This club is an outreach for children in the market and of Red Light workers.
Cruzaldo & Sally Bas-ilan Children’s Ministry Pastors
Pastors Cruzaldo and Sally have been involved in the ICA Children’s Ministry for over 11 years. They are from the Philippines, and have been living in Thailand for more than 13 years. They both have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
Sucheera Komolpetch Office Manager
Sucheera (Pi Su) is a dear part of our team. She has been on staff at ICA for over 16 years. She handles everything from ordering supplies to negotiating contracts. Never give up on something before Pi Su has had a go at it! She loves her husband Krit, dogs, and easy-to-care-for plants!
Dick & Hope Omaguing Filipino Pastors
Pastor Dick Omaguing, born-again at 18, studied theology and biblical studies while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (major in Accounting). At 25, he started his first church, leading to over 10 churches across different provinces in the Philippines. Ordained as an Assembly of God minister, he was sent to Thailand in 2009 to reach out to Shan refugees in Chiangrai. In 2014, Pastor Dick relocated to Bangkok and began attending ICA church.
Doline Lumiere Young Adults Pastor
Doline plays a vital role at ICA, engaging university students and young adults in the community by providing opportunities to come together and pursue God. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. Doline has also received awards and has had numerous opportunities to speak at large events, workshops, and seminars.
Kae Hoveka
Banner Language Center Director
Kae is originally from Gobabis, Namibia and has been living in Thailand for many years now, serving at ICA. He has a wealth of experience leading English camps throughout Thailand, and now oversees the Banner Language Center to provide an opportunity for our church to meet a tangible need in our community.
Mehdi & Sarah Mahdavi International Pastors
Pastors Mehdi & Sarah are from Iran and have been in Thailand for over 9 years now. They have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Mehdi) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Sarah). They have been studying at Elam ministry and Global University for 6 years now pursuing ministry degrees. They have a daughter, Mahdis, and have been leading Persian ministry for over 7 years now.

Media & Sealed.Life Co-Director
Shelby is from California, USA and is currently serving at ICA as a media director and ministry director for Sealed.Life ministry. Her fashion and creative skillsets our a huge blessing and resource for the entire ICA team!
Praneet Saingam
ICA Accountant
Praneet (Pi Praneet) keep our books clean! She and her family love serving in the church. You may see her daughter in the Thai translation booth from time to time. She loves cute things, getting lunch, and an organized budget!
Derek & Katyee Schmidly: Prayer & Soul Care
Derek and Katyee Schmidly and their awesome three children came to Thailand to serve in 2023. They are passionate about seeing people break spiritual chains through deliverance ministry, and the spiritual freedom program: Soul Care.
